Preservation – storage conditions: Room temperature (+12°C to + 19°C) in the original packaging, properly closed, away from air and light. Avoid significant and repeated thermal shocks. Do not expose to the sun.

A vanilla variety closely related to its elder sibling, Gourmet, but slightly less rich and pliable. It reveals a plump, chocolate-black pod with occasional streaks of red hues. The processing stages unveil the characteristics of a pod somewhat different from those with higher moisture content, yet it still boasts delicate and intense aromas. This selection is made based on preference for usage and aroma, or it can result from the natural drying of Gourmet vanilla, accentuated by choices in packaging, preservation, and time.

When we gather this pulp, we obtain a vanilla pearl, which can be used in the preparation of your desserts of your sauces, and can be added to yogurt, to fruit compote, amateurs will recognize a product of great quality.
