Origin: Madagascar

Appearance: Split or unsplit, reddish-brown in color, dry, and moderately supple

Use: Food production. Product intended for extraction or infusions

Availability: All year round

Preservation – storage conditions: Room temperature (+12°C to + 19°C/53.6°F to 68°F) in the original packaging, properly closed, away from air and light. Avoid significant and repeated thermal shocks. Do not store near other spices

PACKAGING:

In bulk in waxed cartons of 10kg, 20 kg or 25 kg (22lb, 44lb, 55lb) or vacuum sealed in wax paper and transparent film by 5kg or 10kg (11lb or 22lb)
