Vanilla Fair Seeds are 100% natural black vanilla seeds (Vanilla planifolia) from Madagascar, collected during curing and supplied to the industry for food production. These fine, round, lump-free seeds have a 5% humidity level, a 300 μm grain size and a deep black colour, with a shelf life of 12 to 24 months.
