Since its creation, Vanilla Fair has been on a mission to offer high-quality traditional vanilla. The journey begins in the heart of the tropical regions of Madagascar, where we have established strong partnerships with local vanilla cooperatives of producers then we started to source internationally. Over the years, we’ve grown from a small operation company to a renowned name in the vanilla industry, driven by our commitment to sustainability and excellence.

Historical commitment
Founded in 2016, our company is deeply committed to more than just traditional vanilla production. In partnership with the FFMD, we adopt a global approach aimed at sustainable and tangible development, which supports the earth and its inhabitants. This key partnership also allows us to standardize the entire production chain with practices that respect the planet and the natural ecosystem.
Results from this collaboration are essential to enrich local communities, but above all to preserve their environment: reforestation, low carbon footprints, schools, clinics, etc. Better still, we cultivate our vanilla while minimizing the use of chemicals in order to guarantee the purity of each bean and preserve its natural properties.
From planting to harvesting to processing in France, we pursue our motto: “An exceptional vanilla, tasty for humans and beneficial for nature!”
